This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration at our Clermont, Florida, location as required. While the standard schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, there is potential for hybrid work options in the future, providing even greater flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements
  • Efficiently apply for permits across various departments, with a primary focus on commercial projects while also managing residential permits.
  • Prepare comprehensive permit packs tailored to each project’s requirements.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules, liaising effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage scheduling efficiently, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding permitting processes and warranty registrations with professionalism and expertise.
  • Assist in auditing, editing, and updating project timelines to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pursue Notary certification (licensing fees covered by the company) to fulfill specific documentation requirements.
  • Record and manage essential documents as necessary to facilitate project progress.
  • Familiarize yourself with our project management program to streamline workflows effectively.
