#BertLife Episode 5: Mondays

Bert starts the day by giving his van a jump and goes to a meeting. Then, he and Alex take some calls. The first call of the day is a blank thermostat on a furnace system (Alex’s first time working on a furnace).

Bert also gives us some words of wisdom about packing lunches… even though he and Alex were eating Chick-fil-A at the time of filming.

Alex and Bert also come across a case of bacterial zoogloea (elephant snot) on a system with a microchannel coil. The system hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in a while, so Bert and Alex give the drain a nice flush to get rid of the zoogloea.

After a long day, Bert goes home to his twins’ birthday party and gives us all a nice lesson about staying in touch with family and keeping relationships strong.
