Can you explain why a “run” capacitor herm terminal is connected to the start winding? This is something I never understood and no one has given me a good explanation.

I think no ones has caught that or it might be a mistake on graphic design, I myself would like to know the answer because that doesn’t seem right, PLEASE HELP
