Event Ends: 02/06/2025 Thursday 4:00 pm

Dehumidifiers play a significant role in maintaining indoor air quality and comfort – this we all can agree on. Their effective use involves a combination of accurate sizing, proper installation, calculated integration of ventilation, and ensuring proper controls are used to reach the specific needs of the project and building envelope. How this is done – is not always agreed on. This session will provide HVAC technicians with the essential knowledge and practical skills for managing these aspects, using both data and common sense. The session will include duct and wiring diagrams that are proven to work. Join Tim De Stasio, David Treleven, and Nikki Krueger as they tackle these topics, and possibly each other, as there is more than one way to skin a cat when it comes to successfully utilizing whole home dehumidifiers and preventing/solving humidity issues for customers.
