Event Ends: 02/02/2024 Friday 9:00 am

How much do you really know about air? Some of the fun but true facts about the air we breathe and condition might surprise you. The fact is, if we strive to become air conditioning experts, we must know about air, its properties, and how it responds to the conditions that act on it.

In this session, Eugene Silberstein, the author of many HVACR-related books, including Psychrometrics Without Tears, will give us his unique perspective on all things air and how to better understand it.

Session discussions include air properties, the psychrometric chart, plotting systems on the chart, evaluating mixed air systems, sensible heat factor, calculating system capacity, evaporator bypass factor, apparatus dew point, and much, much more. If you deal with air, and we know you do, you need to attend this session.
