While people are still talking about Millennials (Gen Y), Gen Z is the new workforce and soon to be our customers also. Ty’s presentation will prepare us to educate and train Gen Z for HVAC careers.
Gen Z grew up in a different environment than the one many older Millennials, Gen Xers, and Baby Boomers remember growing up in. Understanding some of these differences and misconceptions can lead to great teams and solid training for the future of our industry.
